A try at using something that I'm not really used to in a style that I'm not familiar with.

This is Leaf, actually... from my Diablo II 'fic. She's theoretically pyrokinetic, and as far as my readers know, this work can be conceptual or a real scene.

Did this with a red Pilot ballpoint that was kinda leaky, and a good black Pilot G-2 05 gel pen. I'm not a real artist; I just grab whatever I can use.

I love the way you try out new styles and make them work every time. *jealous* Eyes, stance, hair, clothes... gods you are just brilliant!!!

^_^ I think my dearest Leaf-y is wearing an expression of mixed concentration, indifferent to the fact that she's about to roast someone, annoyance at the fact that someone has bothered her enough to make her want to roast them, and blissful in the fact that she has SHINY FIRE.

I think someone is about to find themselves on the wrong end of a firewhip.

YES! This is the demonic side of Leaf. Gotta remember no matter how cute she looks, she *is* still half-demon...

And you're gonna learn more about her in the next chapter... a LOT more. =D

I love your interpretation. They're all so spot-on... and I didn't even know that those qualities you mentioned were there in the first place. :XD: They just... manifested themselves.
